Frequently Asked Questions

It usually it takes about five to ten business days to have your order ready prior to shipment – shipment times may vary, depending on Courier company fulfillment times and location.

Pre-production is our longest stage, this will depend on our current volume of orders and stock. Building usually takes 1-2 working days, and the testing phase typically takes up to 2 working days (or 4 working days if you order a liquid system). We will send you email updates when your order has been built, tested and dispatched. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not classed as working days.

After submitting the order, there is a short period before assembly starts, and during this time it is possible to make amends. Please email us with the changes required for us to confirm the possibility. Unfortunately, if a specific item has been ordered-in for the particular order, then that item can not be changed.

We accept payment by Bank Transfer (EFT) only at the moment.

On some occasions, orders might be cancelled due to stock availability, order payment and assembly issues. If this occurs, we will notify our customer beforehand.

Typically we receive bank transfers within two working days. Once we have received the payment, your order will be processed. Please note that if you have a selected a fast track service, this will not begin until we have received the payment.

Unlike with most computer manufacturers, we allow you to open the case and install your own components. Providing you install these correctly, and you do not damage your computer during or as a result of installing your own components, your warranty will still be valid. We do not provide any method of support for these components, both during installation or in use, and any warranty returns that are caused by your own components will be chargeable for both labour and any other incurred costs. If you have to return your computer to us for any reason we strongly recommend the prior removal of these components, as we cannot be held responsible for them.

There is a minimum 12-month warranty on the entire Computer, while some of the internal components are covered by a two or three-year warranty – depending on the brand used.

Please contact us prior to sending your PC in to us for repair, and briefly describe the nature of the fault. This allows us to prepare and accuratly carry out the repair.

Please be aware that if your order is no longer under warranty, there will be a charge for labour, and a fee for collect and return (unless you drop the system off yourself, or use your own courier).

Typically repairs are done within a few days, but on some occasions can take up to 2 weeks, this depends on the volume of repairs, stock and the complexity of the issue. The technician will send you updates with how your system is getting on.
